2- Purchases will not be refunded

3- Tuniverse will not be considered responsible (direct or indirect) in case of damage to customers’ vehicle and/or its engine control unit

4- Each pack purchased can be used on one single vehicle only

5- Invoice is a legal mandatory document and it will be always issued

6- Prices mentioned in the website Tuniverse.it must be intended without VAT
