We are specialized in tuning solutions for Motion DE08 / FE08 ECUs.

To meet the needs of riders and tuning levels, we offer bin definition files (XDF) and Stage 1 and/or Stage 2 tuned files.

(*)What is a XDF? The xdf, otherwise called bin definition file, provides the tuning software with the necessary structure to decode raw binary data from the ECU.
Technically, it defines how to interpret specific memory addresses within the original ROM file, translating raw hexadecimal values into real-world, editable parameters (such as ignition timing, fueling, torque limiters, and lambda targets).

This transformation allows the ECU software to render calibration data in a readable, tunable format suitable for professional-level modifications.

Which engine maps can be modified to achieve satisfying results?

For a Stage 1 tuned file, the following maps can be modified:

Fuel Control:

• Lambda target at wide open throttle (WOT)
• Target lambda at partial load
• Lambda control at idle based on coolant temperature
• Lambda control at idle by pressure
• Injection correction based on coolant temperature
• Fuel enrichment maps

Ignition Control:

• Spark advance at full load
• Spark advance at partial load
• Spark advance base map (characteristic curve)
• Spark advance during start by coolant temperature
• Idle spark advance by coolant temperature

Idle Control:

• Target idle speed as a function of coolant temperature

Airflow Calculation:

• Volumetric efficiency map
