Delphi MT05.03 ECU tuning Solutions

We are specialized in tuning solutions for Delphi MT05.3 ECUs.

To accommodate various levels of vehicle modification and user expertise, we offer multiple solution packages—from baseline setups for stock motorcycles to advanced configurations intended for bikes with significant mechanical upgrades (e.g., aftermarket exhaust systems, high-flow air filters, etc.).

Each package includes access to the ECU definition file (template*), allowing you to visualize and modify engine calibration tables independently and with accuracy.

(*)What is a TEMPLATE? A template, also referred to as a definition file, provides the tuning software with the necessary structure to decode raw binary data from the ECU.
Technically, it defines how to interpret specific memory addresses within the original ROM file, translating raw hexadecimal values into real-world, editable parameters (such as ignition timing, fueling, torque limiters, and lambda targets).

This transformation allows the ECU software to render calibration data in a readable, tunable format suitable for professional-level modifications.

What Do We Offer ?

For each tuning request, you can choose from several options tailored to your needs:

• Stage 1 : Calibrated for improved drivability, smooth power delivery, and long-term reliability
• Stage 2 : Designed to optimize engine performance in conjunction with aftermarket components (e.g., exhaust systems, intake upgrades, etc.)
• Custom-Tuned Files : Fully bespoke calibration files developed to meet your specific performance goals and setup requirements
• Editable Map Templates : Gain full control over your tuning process with our pre-defined map definition files (TEMPLATE), allowing you to fine-tune independently

The price for each service above mentioned, except for Stage 2, is : 60 euro

For Stage 2, custom files or any specialized request will be quoted apart, based on the complexity of your setup and tuning goals

Which engine maps can be modified to achieve satisfying results?

For a Stage 1 tuned file, the following maps can be modified:

Fuel Control:

• Lambda target at wide open throttle (WOT)
• Target lambda under partial load
• Lambda control at idle based on coolant temperature
• Lambda control at idle based on intake manifold pressure
• Injection correction based on coolant temperature
• Fuel enrichment maps

Ignition Control:

• Spark advance at full load
• Spark advance under partial load
• Spark advance base map (characteristic curve)
• Cold start spark advance by coolant temperature
• Idle spark advance by coolant temperature

Idle Control:

• Target idle speed as a function of coolant temperature

Airflow Calculation:

• Volumetric efficiency map
• Nominal charge estimation map

Special Functions:

• High RPM limiter
• Low RPM limiter
• Speed limite
