Terms and Conditions – General

1. All the activities performed by Tuniverse are intended for race use only.

2. All purchased products are non-refundable.

3. Tuniverse will not be considered responsible (direct or indirect) in case of damage to customers’ vehicle and/or its engine control unit.

4. Each tuned file purchased can be used on one single vehicle only. Checksum is not calculated.

5. All our XDF are encrypted (i.e. password-protected).

6. Invoice is a legal mandatory document and it will be always issued.

7. Prices mentioned in the website Tuniverse.it must be intended without VAT.

Terms and Conditions – WinOls

1. All purchased products are non-refundable

2. Invoice is a legal mandatory document and it will be always issued.

3. No checksum algorithm is included in the OLSX file. The checksum must be calculated using the same tool to read/write the ECU or with an external device.

4. Only closed mappacks (OLSX) are available. “Closed” means that the mappack can be used exclusively with the buyer’s WinOls client code, and the maps cannot be exported or reused for new projects or other mappacks.

5. Purchased OLSX mappacks may only be used in combination with the relevant binary file that was previously shared with us.

6. No support will be provided on “how to use WinOls”, “how to use the mappack”, or “how to use Damos files in WinOls”.

7. Each map pack (OLSX) shows the following setting:

Terms and Conditions – Tool for ECU reading and writing

A. All products and services are non-refundable.
Refunds will not be issued for issues such as checksum errors, incorrect connections, tool-related errors, or if you are unable to read the ECU due to factors unrelated to our service.

B. We provide information only about which third-party tools are capable of reading and writing your ECU, including the possibility of virtual reading.
We do not supply protocol/plugin numbers, connection diagrams, or guidance on where to purchase these tools.
If multiple tools are compatible, we will list at least two options along with a basic cost comparison.
